In the middle of Dec. 2025 I ordered an automotive touch-up pen for my Mazda.

After 4 weeks of not receiving this item I filed a complaint with their Customer service. Kacie Lesh from their company stated they were behind due to Xmas vacations. That was 2 weeks ago and I still

do not have the paint pen. I was the head paint tech at Tower Paint in Oshkosh and we did automotive paint orders for 30 years.

I would have been fired if I gave this kind of poor service. W C Macksam

The company didn't send my product but charged my credit card immediately. When they finally called back, I said I had canceled the order and my credit card company refunded me.

15 minutes after I spoke with someone from Automotive Touch-Up, I received a UPS email saying my order had shipped. They completely ignored that I was canceling the order.

Slow response from customer service. Paid for fast shipping and did not happen. Canceled order.

1.Rain wasn't in the forecast. It rained all over my vehicle.

Quickly dried,put it under shelter.The car.dried a color.completely different from the rest of the body.I didn't prime,but I did sand.

NoThis should have been (to eveyone),professionally done.If you can find an experienced body person ,who is knowledgeable and can assist,your lucky.

I practically bathed it in wax, and a high pil wax.The color is close... but never again.

I ordered touch up paint and yes it took a while to receive it. Just be patient.

When I opened the box what a great bit of kit everything you need. I got it in bottles with brushes. Here's what I got paint,clear coat,primer,prep solvent and several different grits sandpaper. Now my car is 15 years old do I expect this paint to match mine perfectly absolutely not.

Because it will be the color my paint was before 15 years of weathering. I got it because I have a few chips with bare metal showing I got it to stop rust.

I placed an order for 3 day delivery. 2 weeks later I received nothing.

I sent an email complaining that the pen applicators did not work well on plastic surfaces, and the company responded by offering to resend the order in small bottle application format. I received the replacement shipment today.

I hereby retract my last knee jerk review. I never confirmed my account and my contribution needs immediate deletion.

Tried the paint pen/clear coat pen set on small dings in the plastic frontal area of my Mazda CX-5. The paint refused to settle in the small dings and I was forever wiping away globby paint around the periphery if each hole.

These bandits don't refund so I'm stuck.

Over 25 buck down the toilet. Stay away!

I was told 5 to 8 days its been over 2 weeks no word whats go going on? Think they just took my money!!

ordered paint and its taking over a month to receive and still nothing to date. Stay away!! this company has poor costumer service and the wait time is ridiculous.

send a letter and sample with usps first class and when they received they sign C COVID see usps tracking # 950211****530272****66 i just thing they are a ponzi scammer has you order they pull the money right away but it take over a month to fill your order

Waited 14 days for my paint that was supposed to ship 2-3 day delivery. Never returned my calls or answered my emails. As soon as I filed a dispute with Paypal they shipped.

They might carry an amazing product....I would not know because I never got to painting my car YET even though I placed order 10 days ago. Shipping time with Sure post was horrendously long, 8 days (from Louisiana to California) and some stuff I ordered arrived damaged.

I do not remember anything saying it will take that long when I paid $7 for shipping. And as it turned out paint comes in a GLASS bottles not plastic. I ordered 4 bottles and one arrived cracked open, whole side came off and content leaked out in a plastic package where was another bottle and other stuff. Delivered box was not damaged so apparently packaging was not adequate.

Instead of painting car I spent an hour getting undamaged stuff out of sticky mess, and cleaning everything up. I planned to touch up car and sell it asap. Time is money for me.

What can I do now without High Gloss Clearcoat that leaked all over? Right, go spend more time and money trying to replace what I ordered....FRUSTRATING!
